
The basic cooking classes, the thematic courses and the private lessons aim to develop in participants the awareness of correctly combining different foods that earth provides us with to create balanced energetic and healthy menus.
In the different modules we will supply basic information on how to cook in a healthy way, keeping the characteristics of food unchanged as much as possible, and creating tasty and delicious recipes that give joy and a sense of feeling light still satisfied.
We will also dedicate considerable time to truly experiment the recipes while studying them.
The courses are open to all those who are interested in learning more about techniques and methodologies of a whole food plant based diet. No previous experience is required.
To allow an adequate discussion during the classes and a good participation in the preparation of recipes, the group will consist of no more than 10 participants whenever taking place at outside cooking schools and no more than 5 for courses at the Jenny Sugar location.
Each person will be provided with all ingredients and tools needed, as well as a handout with the information and recipes of the program.
For courses held in Italy the language will be Italian unless previously agreed to have the course in English or Spanish.
Since October 2019 the Spazio Jenny Sugar has been in operation and it is during the Jenny Sugar courses, in a cosy and targeted and exclusive environment of 3 to 5 people, that you will discover the “magic” of a diet that is both healthy and delicious, getting to know and learning how varied and easy it can be to cook in this way. The courses are very different from each other, to choose according to personal interest, level and availability.
Courses can also become an idea for an original and healthy gift, be it Christmas, birthday, friendship/love or corporate. In fact, a gift certificate is issued to be printed and then delivered in an envelope, better if a coloured one

Other possibilities: additional themed lessons, individual or with groups formed by the applicant, can be requested. The space is also available for meetings, dinners, team building or any other event that you want to organize together. Costs and times of extra activities are to be agreed, from time to time, on the basis of the request.
We haven’t been able to put in practice a new courses calendar for the second quarter of 2020 since Covid-19 has put a temporary stop of activities at Spazio Jenny Sugar. ABC, Avventura Benessere Cucina, a week of wellness in a beautiful Palazzo in the heart of Italy with the goal is to embrace wellness and discover the many benefits of whole plant based nutrition and cuisine. In addition to the workshops, participants will be able to practice yoga, walk, swim, and explore the enchanting surroundings.
