The services we offer aim helping to find and seize personal wellbeing, learning to maintain and carry on what has been acquired. It’s important to nourish all aspects of our wellbeing: mind, body and soul. We need a whole food plant based diet, physical exercise, social relationships, a spiritual life and an occupation (job or similar activity).
