Ingredients

  • 300 g seasonal fruit to taste, cut as for fruit salad

  •  200 g coconut water

  • 4 popsicle moulds

Procedure

Fill the mold with the cut fruit up to 3/4 of its volume. Add the coconut water almost up to the rim of the mold. Insert the stick or base/cover of the mold, verify that’ it’s properly closed and place in the freezer in a way that it doesn’t overturn. Wait about 3 hours or over night until it’s frozen. If it can’t be easily removed from the mold let it run a bit under warm water.  A thirst quenching, healthy and dietetic delicacy to enjoy!
